A capsule is a tincture with the measuring already done. The dose is identical every time, which is the whole argument for this format, and it costs a little more per milligram than an equivalent bottle of drops because somebody had to encapsulate it. That difference is printed under the price rather than buried.
Count matters as much as strength. Sixty units at 25 mg is 1,500 mg in the bottle. Thirty at 50 mg is the same total in half the pieces. Both figures are on the listing.
Shell material splits the range. Softgels use bovine or fish gelatin and hold an oil suspension. Vegetarian shells are HPMC, a plant cellulose, and usually contain either oil or a dry blend. Vegan shoppers want the second kind, and the page says which is which.
Some products add other hemp cannabinoids such as CBG or CBN, listed in milligrams of their own. Read those lines separately. A bottle described as 50 mg total may be 35 mg of one compound and 15 mg of another.
Potency is verified on every batch by a laboratory we do not own. Anything assaying below its printed milligrams is pulled from sale, and the report stays up on the lab results page where you can read it alongside the ones that passed.
