Gummies

Hemp gummies in 10, 25 and 50 mg pieces, in counts from 20 to 60. Every label gives milligrams per piece and milligrams per jar, because those two get confused constantly. Price per milligram is printed under the price. Pectin and gelatin bases, both named. An outside lab report is linked on every batch.

The most common mistake in this aisle is reading the big number on the front. A jar that says 1,500 mg is usually 30 pieces at 50 mg, which is a different product from 60 pieces at 25 mg sold under the same headline figure. Both numbers go on the listing with the per-milligram price beneath them, so a 20-count jar and a 60-count jar can be compared in one glance.

People new to this generally start at 10 mg, or halve a 25 mg piece. That is a convention in this market, not advice from us.

Spectrum is a question about THC content. Full spectrum carries up to 0.3 percent THC by dry weight. Broad spectrum has it stripped out. Isolate pieces contain the single cannabinoid and nothing else from the plant. None of that determines strength; the milligram figure does.

Candy ingredients are worth a look, and gummies differ more than you would think: pectin for the vegan jars, gelatin for the chewier ones, cane sugar or tapioca syrup, and either fruit concentrate or added flavor. Sugar grams per piece are on the panel.

Every batch is assayed by a laboratory with no connection to this company. Batches coming in under their stated milligrams are withdrawn, and the failing certificate stays on the lab results page.
