Two numbers decide whether a bottle is good value. The first is total milligrams. The second is bottle volume, almost always 30 mL or 60 mL. Divide one by the other and you have strength per milliliter, which is the figure that tells you how far a bottle actually goes. A 1,000 mg bottle in 30 mL is 33 mg per mL. The same 1,000 mg stretched over 60 mL is 16.7 mg, and the bigger bottle looks like the better buy until you do that division.
Higher potencies generally cost less per milligram. That is an extraction and packaging reality rather than a sales pitch, and the per-milligram figures make it visible on the shelf.
Carrier oil affects taste and texture, not strength. MCT from coconut is the common one. Hemp seed tastes greener. Olive is heavier and more neutral.
Independent assay results are linked on every listing. The lab is not ours and never has been. If a batch measures below its printed potency we withdraw it, and the report stays published, because a results page that only shows wins is marketing rather than evidence. Dropper graduations vary between suppliers, so check the lines on your own bottle against the milliliter figure on the label.
