Thirty days
If a product does not suit you, send it back within thirty days of delivery for a full refund. It does not need to be unopened. We would rather know that something did not work than have you keep it out of politeness.
How
Email the order number and we will send a prepaid label. Refunds go back to the original payment method within five business days of the parcel arriving.
Bitcoin orders
Refunds on Bitcoin orders are returned in Bitcoin, at the dollar value of the original order, to an address you supply. Because the exchange rate moves, the amount of BTC you receive will usually differ from the amount you sent. If you would rather have store credit at the original dollar value, say so and we will do that instead.
What we cannot take back
Nothing, with one exception: a product that has been repackaged or decanted cannot be refunded, because we cannot verify what is in it.
