Enter the order number from your confirmation email and the billing email you used. If the order has shipped you will see the carrier and tracking number.
If tracking shows nothing yet
Orders placed before noon ship the same business day; after that they go the next morning. Tracking can take a further twelve hours to register a scan with the carrier, so a number that returns nothing on the first evening is normal.
Bitcoin orders are held until the payment confirms on chain, which is usually under an hour but can be longer when the network is busy. Nothing ships before that, and the order status stays on hold until it does.
