What we collect
When you order we collect your name, email, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. When you pay by card the processor handles the card details and we never see or store them. When you pay in Bitcoin we store the transaction reference and the address you sent from, because that is how a payment is matched to an order and how a refund is returned.
What we do with it
Fulfil the order, answer your questions, and meet the record-keeping the law requires of a seller in this category. If you subscribe to the newsletter we use your email for that until you unsubscribe, which is one click in every email.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not build a profile of you to sell to anyone.
Who else sees it
The carrier that delivers your parcel, the payment processor that takes your money, and the email service that sends your receipt. Each sees only what it needs to do that job.
Cookies
A session cookie to keep your cart, and analytics to tell us which pages are read. No advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking.
Your rights
Ask us what we hold about you and we will tell you. Ask us to delete it and we will, except what we are legally required to keep, which is mostly order records for tax purposes.
